	Open Floor Plan As you enter the family room, you see the dining room on the right, opening into the kitchen.  The family room also opens onto the screened lanai and the casual dining area off of the kitchen.
	Kitchen and breakfast bar The open kitchen with plenty of bar space makes a great place for entertaining.
	Lanai and Casual Dining Area The screened lanai looks onto a peaceful pond, and features a ceiling fan and sliding door access to both the casual dining area and the family room.
	Master Bedroom Luxurious king-size bed with premium mattress.  The bedroom features a ceiling fan and large windows overlooking the pond.

	Butterfly-shaped Pool In addition to the neighborhood pool, the clubhouse features a gorgeous butterfly-shaped pool.
